Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Officer at our Rose Bay, NSW location. The Administrative Officer will oversee daily administrative operations, write fee proposals, conduct followup on outstanding invoices and fee proposals, manage records and documentation, coordinate team schedules, and support internal and external communication. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to senior staff, maintaining organized workflows, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders. The role requires excellent organization and multitasking abilities, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving within the office environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient office operations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, records, and office processes efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a dynamic workplace
- Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling systems
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is highly advantageous
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
