The Opportunity

As the Store Manager, you are entrusted with a pivotal role in steering both the commercial triumph and team development of your distinguished boutique. Reporting directly to the City Manager and based out of our Collins St location, your responsibilities will encompass:


  • Delivering an unparalleled client experience: Embodying the quintessential FENDI DNA at every touchpoint of the client journey.
  • Cultivating enduring client relationships: Continuously fostering and nurturing a loyal clientele through personalized engagement.
  • Driving operational distinction: Proactively ensuring and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence.
  • Strategic team leadership: Collaborating closely with your Leader and key stakeholders to continuously mentor, develop, and empower your team.
  • Data-driven business acumen: Regularly conducting in-depth analysis of business performance, subsequently devising and implementing strategic initiatives to consistently achieve and surpass business objectives.
  • Maintaining profound product expertise: Possessing and communicating an exceptional level of knowledge regarding FENDI's product offerings.
  • Comprehensive reporting and analysis: Providing insightful reports and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.


Key Requirements & Competencies:

  • Appreciation for Luxury: Meticulous eye for detail, extensive clienteling experience, profound knowledge of materials, and an inherent appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship.
  • Proven retail sales expertise: A robust background in luxury retail sales.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen: Demonstrating strong business insight and proven capabilities in developing and expanding business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated leadership: Extensive experience in effective people management and team leadership.
  • Agile and adaptive mindset: Possessing agility, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to unlocking both personal and team potential.
