What You’ll Do

  • Be the Client Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service delivery and resolving escalations promptly.
  • Drive Client Success: Educate clients on our services and how we add value to their business.
  • Manage Performance: Facilitate regular client meetings, provide performance reports, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Optimize Processes: Streamline operations, resolve service issues, and support clients with product training.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver strategic solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a client management role preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
    • Ability to build relationships across all levels
    • Proficiency in MS Office
