The Role Of Finance Officer Includes
- Preparation of daily bank reconciliations
- Maintain the electronic staff reimbursements portal and process electronic fund
- Perform accounts payable tasks including maintaining records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling supplier statements.
- Perform accounts receipting tasks including preparing daily banking, receipting funds, completing reconciliations and posting journals
- Perform accounts receivable duties including invoicing, maintain accounts and reconciling balances.
- Assist with debt recovery activities to ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of outstanding accounts.
- Attend to customer service requests and incoming correspondence
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce or equivalent field
- CPA qualified or currently undertaking CPA studies
- High attention to detail and accuracy and a team player
- Sound knowledge of accounting, supported with a strong understanding of debt recovery practices & procedures
- Competent written and oral communication and strong customer service skills
