Role Overview
As a Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of media activity for a designated client. Working closely with the Head of Media, Media Executive, client service team and channel Performance Specialists, you will manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns ensuring they are built accurately, launched on time, delivered on budget, and optimised in line with agreed objectives.
You will manage all implementation, translating the media strategy into precise platform builds and ensuring assets, tracking and trafficking are delivered to deadline. You’ll collaborate closely with Meta and Google Ads Performance Specialists and provide guidance and support to the Media Executive delegating campaign builds and trafficking tasks while maintaining accountability for quality and execution standards.
While supported by specialists and the broader media team, you will also be comfortable managing campaigns directly across a range of digital platforms where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and day-to-day delivery of campaigns for a designated client, ensuring activity is built, launched and optimised in line with agreed objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate campaign builds across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other digital channels working closely with Performance Specialists and delegating execution tasks to the Media Executive where appropriate.
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure all trafficking, tracking and platform setup is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain accountability for QA, pacing and delivery standards across all campaign activity.
- Monitor performance and collaborate with specialists to implement optimisations that drive results.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and media partners to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
- Prepare accurate performance reporting and contribute actionable insights that inform ongoing optimisation and future campaign planning.
Required Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in digital campaign management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, pacing, and performance measurement.
- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a desire to grow in a performance-led environment.
- Experience in performance reporting and data analysis, with the ability to generate actionable insights that drive ongoing optimisation and inform future campaign strategy.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid social/search platforms.
- Experience with DSPs such as DV360, Yahoo DSP, Adform or Amazon DSP.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
