Expression of Interest - Procurement Specialists
Profectus is seeking Expressions of Interest from procurement professionals to support upcoming opportunities within the Australian Government. We are looking to connect with experienced Procurement Support Officers, Officers, Specialists and Managers who have worked in structured, policy-driven environments and are confident supporting the planning, delivery and governance of procurement activities. These opportunities are anticipated to support Australian Government programs and projects, with onsite (Canberra) engagement likely.
About the Opportunities
Duties are likely to include:
- Supporting or leading end-to-end procurement activities in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and relevant agency procurement frameworks
- Contributing to procurement strategies, sourcing activities and tender processes
- Coordinating evaluation activities and supporting probity and governance requirements
- Preparing and reviewing procurement documentation, including strategies, request documentation and evaluation artefacts
- Supporting contract establishment, variations and supplier performance management
- Managing procurement risks and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Engaging with stakeholders across commercial, technical and program environments
- Contributing to continuous improvement across procurement processes and capability
We are keen to hear from professionals who:
- Have experience delivering procurement activities within Australian Government or complex public sector environments
- Understand the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and structured governance frameworks
- Have supported or led tender processes, evaluations or contract management activities
- Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across programs or projects
- Bring strong written communication skills, particularly in procurement and evaluation documentation
- Hold an active AGSVA NV1 security clearance (preferred)
