The opportunity
The Creative Assistant plays an integral role in the delivery of our campaigns, supporting the day to run smoothly & overseeing styling & dressing. You will love being hands on working across different tasks on different shoots & being able to contribute to our creative vision.
You will
- Assist the Creative Producer as required to deliver local & international shoots
- Assist on shoot prepping, planning & day to day logistics including but not limited to; bookings, travel, steaming, catering and maintaining clear run sheets and briefing documents
- Assist with location sourcing and talent casting for shoots
- Support with sample and prop management for the creative shoots ensuring all logistical requirements are met to allow the day to run smoothly & efficiently
- Styling support such as collaborating on styling briefs & sourcing, coordination of purchase, storage & return of any styling accessories making sure styling runs as planned, to brief, and on time
- Assist the Creative Producers with maintenance of the budget ensuring timely receipt & review of vendor invoices
You are
- Passionate about styling & shoot production with some experience in a creative production environment
- Genuinely passionate about BABYBOO brand & aesthetic & energised by a fast moving, high-growth environment.
- Able to travel to shoot locations independently when required
- Knowledgeable on garment fit & construction
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multi task and stay calm under pressure
- A clear communicator with the ability to build relationships
