Description:
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the end to end recruitment life cycle, including job postings, interviews and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics
- Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management, if required
Requirements:
Selection criteria will include:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a related field, and 2+ years experience coordinating general HR activities
- Strong experience in end to end recruitment processes within a blue or white collar environment
- Great understanding of HR principles and employment legislation in Australia
- A positive attitude and the hunger to build a career in HR
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Conditions:
- Competitive salary of $80,000 - $95,000 AUD + superannuation, dependent on skills and experience
