- Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure financial records are up to date.
- Manage the budgeting process and provide financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors as needed.
- Support the development of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accreditation such as CPA or CA (or working towards it).
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
