Job Description
· Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
· Allocate and manage staffing levels to optimise productivity and service delivery.
· Supervise HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and performance management.
· Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
· Evaluate and improve office procedures, set service standards, and manage office resource allocation.
· Manage financial records, administrative documentation, and internal reporting.
· Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, staff, and external stakeholders to support business needs.
· Ensure all office practices align with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
· Ensure all office equipment and supplies are properly maintained, ordered, and stocked as required to support efficient operations.
Skills and Experience Required
· Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar office management role.
· Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in office software and accounting/financial systems.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic work environment.
