The Role
Front Office Receptionist
Discovery Parks Rockhampton is seeking a welcoming Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our park. You will provide excellent customer service, process guest check-ins and outs, make reservations, and complete day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high standard of customer service
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Accurately use booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
- Coordinate with Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
- Supply guests with information about property and local attractions
- Complete day-to-day office administration tasks
- Maintain great working relationships with park staff, residents, and guests
- Previous Front Office experience in hospitality
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of RMS or similar system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Accurately handle cash transactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Current driver's license

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
