Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Chef at D'Penyetz & D'Cendol, your role is crucial to our menu's development and our kitchen's success. Your responsibilities will include:

Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Indonesian cuisine, creating a range of dishes from traditional entrees to modern interpretations with creativity and finesse.

Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards in taste, presentation, and consistency, ensuring culinary excellence for every dish served.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to refine and innovate our menu, blending traditional Indonesian favourites with creative new dishes that engage our guests.

Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the health and safety of our patrons and staff.

Team Engagement: Foster a cooperative kitchen environment, working alongside other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Indonesian cuisine, with a deep appreciation for culinary tradition and innovation.
