About the role

Are you passionate about ensuring smooth operations within an organisation? selectability are seeking a full-time Operational Coordinator to work within the Corporate Finance team in Townsville. The Operations Coordinator supports the entire selectability footprint, providing essential administrative assistance across all operational areas.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • providing comprehensive system support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • performing data entry tasks, including managing roster entries
  • identifying improvements that can be made to existing processes
  • supporting the payroll process and address any issues that arise

About you

To be considered for this rewarding role you will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction and work as part of a team.

To be successful you must:

  • experience rostering (desirable)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff
  • exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and take instruction
  • and most importantly a positive attitude!

You will also need:

  • a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
