The OpportunityWe're currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Officer to join our team at Micra Eastern Shore.
Work Schedule: 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for customers
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and estimated completion
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction post-service
- Manage phone and email communications
- Assist with inventory (parts, paint, consumables)
- Coordinate with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
- Previous experience in customer service
- Professional, personable, and relationship-focused
- Strong computer skills and systems knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to meet deadlines and work well in a team environment
