This role is for 22 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times. Additional hours may be available based on business needsYou would be joining a team of 4 administrators based on the Western Region. Travel for the role may be required on a quarterly basis for training and team building.Reporting to the Senior Administrator and Thevenard Operations Coordinator, this role will ensure all data is recorded and processed accurately and timely, whilst administration tasks are completed efficiently.DutiesResponsible for efficient and courteous customer serviceRespond to emails and phone calls in a timely mannerProviding effective administrative support for day to day running of the officeEffective maintenance of all electronic and manual filing and record systems within the officeProfessional solutions focussed approach to internal and external customersAssistance with entry of training records into VETtrakStock data entrySetting up and organising of freight to be sent, unpacking and checking deliveries.Ordering of consumables and amenities for siteAccommodation and flight bookingsParticipating in team meetingsAbout youMicrosoft Office suite - advanced skills in Excel and Word is desirableComputer literacy and the ability to learn new internal systemsExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional customer service experienceAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a busy environment and multi-taskAbout usWe are Viterra, we connect Australian growers with domestic and international consumers through our world-leading, fully integrated agriculture network.Viterra operates a storage and handling network of strategically located sites and port terminals spanning key growing regions in South Australia and western Victoria.
