About the Role
Pete’s Glass and Aluminium is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will take responsibility for invoicing, payments, and financial administration, working closely and collaboratively with the Estimator to support smooth office operations.
You will play a vital role in maintaining strong administrative systems, managing workflows independently, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the business.
What you'll be doing

Managing invoicing, payments, and financial administration

Maintaining and improving office systems and administrative processes

Handling phone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner

Keeping accurate records for customers, suppliers, and employees

Support with organising daily workflows and prioritising tasks to support a busy team

Assisting with procurement and basic inventory processes

Providing general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly
What we're looking for

Solid experience in administration, office management, or finance-related roles

Strong skills in financial admin, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Confidence in working independently and making decisions

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills and a professional approach

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MYOB

Proactive mindset focused on building and maintaining efficient systems
