About the Role
The Senior Facilities Manager ANZ will lead the wider facilities function across the ANZ business, ensuring the effective management of all facilities across the organisation.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, safety and consistent facilities & contractor management across all sites.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Facilities ManagementLead the planning for site related annual activities and ensure execution by nominated site Managers including preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring appropriate costs & high standards of safety and service.Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. project managers) on new site developments, overseeing the facilities elements as subject matter expert.Identify and support the acquisition of new sites, including commercially focused lease negotiations, design and fit-out requirements.Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for facilities projects and operations, ensuring budget targets are met and accurate forecasts are maintained.Manage new & existing supplier relationships, including procurement and contract management as it relates to facilities and contractor management.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities and office management team.Provide clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to direct reports.Contractor ManagementDevelop, embed, and lead the TTI Contractor Management Framework.Create policies and processes to support governance and control of contractor management.Business Continuity Planning (BCP)Own and manage the Notting Hill Business Continuity Plan (including testing of the BCP.).Conduct regular risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities, updating the BCP as required.Skills and ExperienceExperience in a facility-related role, with a strong understanding of facilities management principles in a complex, multi-site environment.Demonstrated experience in leading new site projects of both corporate offices and warehouse/workshop environments.Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security etc.)Strong capability in developing and managing CapEx and OpEx budgets.In-depth knowledge of OHS and statutory compliance requirements.Proven experience in contractor management, including governance, compliance, and performance monitoring.Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.About YouExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.High level of organisational skills and time management, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, able to have a strong onsite presence and work in a fast-paced environment.
