We’re looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Victorian team. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager VIC, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients; ensuring they’re supported, retained, and growing. You’ll be the strategic liaison between TUCO and our customers, identifying growth opportunities, and proactively strengthening relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through proactive relationship management.

  • Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and customer insights to senior management.

  • Implement and maintain the TUCO account management strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account potential.

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer engagement, ensuring accounts are nurtured and serviced effectively.

  • Ensure CRM compliance, including pipeline updates, account management activities, and customer onboarding.

  • Contribute positively to the team culture and collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service to customers.

  • Drive Brand awareness throughout our customer base ensuring multiple touch points within our customers’ business.

  • Be part of shaping TUCO’s growing footprint across Australia

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the freight, transport, or logistics industry .

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., SugarCRM) and sales tools.

  • Knowledge of the Australian transport and logistics industry .

  • Ability to analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor strategies to make informed account management decisions.
