We’re looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Victorian team. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager VIC, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients; ensuring they’re supported, retained, and growing. You’ll be the strategic liaison between TUCO and our customers, identifying growth opportunities, and proactively strengthening relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through proactive relationship management.

Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and customer insights to senior management.

Implement and maintain the TUCO account management strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account potential.

Maintain a strong focus on customer engagement, ensuring accounts are nurtured and serviced effectively.

Ensure CRM compliance, including pipeline updates, account management activities, and customer onboarding.

Contribute positively to the team culture and collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service to customers.

Drive Brand awareness throughout our customer base ensuring multiple touch points within our customers’ business.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or sales within the freight, transport, or logistics industry .

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., SugarCRM) and sales tools.

Knowledge of the Australian transport and logistics industry .

Ability to analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor strategies to make informed account management decisions.
