Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role acts as a key link between our clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:· Handle daily customer communications via email and phone, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.· Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding delivery schedules, stock arrangements, and accurately convey customer or sales team requirements.· Liaise with the finance department to assist with customer order processing and follow up on outstanding payments.· Cross-department collaboration, serving as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams to promptly address and resolve issues.· Customer relationship management, including providing quotations, confirming stock availability, issuing pickup numbers, and supporting general client enquiries in collaboration with the sales team. Requirements:· Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales support roles (experience within the appliance or logistics industry is a plus).· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.· Ability to work collaboratively with different departments in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); ERP system experience is desirable.· Fluent in English; Mandarin skills will be considered an advantage due to client and internal communication needs.
