About The Role
Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.
Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medicationFollow personalised support and health plansProvide companionship and emotional supportRespect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needsReport concerns and changes in condition promptly
About You
Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community or Disability, or related fieldExperience working in in-home careMidazolam training and epilepsy experience highly desirableStrong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour supportEffective written and verbal communication, including clear case note writingAble to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a teamNDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle
