We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles

Advertise job vacancies across appropriate platforms

Screen and shortlist applications to identify suitable candidates
-
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
-
Conduct reference checks and assist in pre-employment processes
-
Maintain accurate recruitment records
-
Liaise with internal departments to understand recruitment requirements
-
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
-
Support other areas within HR department
The successful applicant must have:
-
Previous administration experience (preferred)
-
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
-
Proven ability to manage workload
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
