The Group Director of Sales for the EVT LUXURY & URBAN Hotels portfolio is a critical leadership role dedicated to securing future business opportunities within the Luxury and Lifestyle market. This position will cultivate a sophisticated base of major accounts, drive revenue growth, while promoting and developing the Luxury & Urban portfolio's and Sales teams the EVT way. Required skills and experience will include:
• Demonstrated sales leadership experience in the Luxury market
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action
• Demonstrated experience in managing communication campaigns using a variety of channels, working both proactively and reactively
• Outstanding relationship builder, across the business with the ability to partner with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated successful track record in developing and delivering new products and services with clear marketing strategies and ROI
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
• Track record in business transformation
• Creative thinking with high level attention to detail
• Exceptional project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders
