Description

This administrative role is the first point of contact for clients - maintaining and developing new and existing relationships .

Ideally you will have previous success in client service administration functions within a Chartered Accounting or Wealth Management environment. Alternatively, you will have previous success in a fast paced, results and deadline driven administrative role within a professional business.


Skills And Experiences

Experience & Skills

  1. Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and achieve goals.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small projects / jobs at the same time, from start to finish (including developing plans, regularly communicating with stakeholders and monitoring progress maintaining the project within deadlines and required standards).
  4. Demonstrated ability of high-level responsibility and accountability.
  5. Ability to work under pressure.
  6. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
  7. Possess (or currently studying) Financial Planning qualifications (desirable).
