Our client, a respected business in the Civil Construction industry , is looking for a detail-focused HR & Payroll Officer to manage payroll and HR admin in a busy office.

⚙️ Your Role-
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, ensuring legislative compliance

Maintain employee records and ensure HR practices meet workplace laws and regulations

Support recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration with compliance in mind

Handle HR queries and provide guidance to staff and management on policy and compliance

Assist the company director with diary management and bookings

Support WHS certification processes and related admin

Previous experience in HR/payroll with strong compliance focus

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll and records

Advanced skills in MS Office and payroll/accounting software
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with confidential info

Monday to Friday, no weekends
