About the role

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team.

The Clinical Services Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Services Leadership Team (CSLT) in the provision of high quality and efficient clinical services across Congress’ clinical network. The position provides oversight in the delivery of efficient administrative and logistical support across Congress town and remote clinics.

To be considered for this position, you will require:
  • Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal community
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant administration experience
  • Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations
  • Good organisational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve results and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare and edit a range of documentation using the Microsoft Office suite products
  • Current unrestricted NT Drivers License
