Description:
The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take the lead on trading sales across WA – including the booming mining regions. You’ll be the face of our brand, forging relationships from building sites to boardrooms, and driving growth through strategy, hustle, and strong customer focus.
• Own and grow the trading sales portfolio across WA
• Focus on new business across metro and key mining areas (Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie, Pilbara), as well as any other key resource regions in WA
• Develop and execute strategic outbound plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win major accounts
• Upsell, cross-sell and support KAMs with key customer opportunities
• Be out in the field, building face-to-face relationships
• Track your activity and pipeline through Zoho CRM
You:
• Proven experience selling into mining, construction or industrial sectors
• Ability to connect with everyone from procurement to subbies on-site
• Self-motivated, organised, and strategic
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence working to targets
• Solid tech skills, ideally with CRM use (Zoho a plus)
