Mundaring Christian College is a flourishing school located in the picturesque Perth Hills with a Primary Campus in Mundaring and Secondary Campus in Parkerville. Mundaring Christian College is a non-denominational, co-educational K-12 school owned and operated by Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA). Why This Role?
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Inclusive Education (IE) Administration Officer. This is a key role that supports students with diverse learning needs by managing essential documentation, funding applications, and data tracking. This role ensures the effective administration of Curriculum Adjustment Plans (CAPs), NCCD and AISWA funding, student accommodations, and inclusive education resources while liaising with parents, teachers, and student services to optimise student support.

The Role
This permanent part time role with 8 weeks paid standdown commencing from July (negotiable) 2025 (0.6 FTE).
As an Inclusive Education Administration Officer, you will:
- Create, update, review, and circulate Curriculum Adjustment Plans (CAP plans) for students requiring adjustments.
- Ensure all CAPs are reviewed and updated twice per year, incorporating feedback from teachers, parents, and students.
- Organise and facilitate CAP meetings with parents and students to discuss needs and support strategies.
- Liaise with Student Services regarding students with crossover needs between Inclusive Education (IE) and Student Services (SS) to monitor support levels and apply for funding where required.
- Administer and maintain the PAT Testing Portal, handling student enrolments, test rollovers, and data recording.

Essential :
- Qualification relevant to the role.
- Understanding of inclusive education and documentation required for preparing funding applications for the school.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and be an active member of a Christian Church.
- Accept and align with the Association’s Statement of Faith, Foundational Statements of belief, and educational objectives.
- The ability to build and maintain strong healthy relationships between families, the SCEA Head Office staff and the College.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
