Location: 2:1 FIFO ext. Perth
Employment Type: Casual Contractor
Contract length: Initial 12 months with possibility of extension
Role Overview
Our client, a renowned global EPCM, is seeking dynamic senior site administrators to join their team on a major iron ore project in the Pilbara. This position is based on a 2:1 FIFO roster, with flights out of Perth with a 11-hour workday.
As a Key Member Of The Team, You Will
Coordinate site logistics, including accommodation arrangements, R&R flight scheduling, and processing site access requestsSupport the preparation and dissemination of meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence with contractors and key stakeholdersEnsure data accuracy through meticulous data entry, report generation, system updates, and effective schedule managementManage departmental documentation and records, maintaining compliance with company policies and standards
What you’ll have:
Experience: 5+ years of administrative experience in FIFO, remote, or project-based roles in the resources, mining, or infrastructure sectors. Qualifications: Formal training in business or office administration is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook). Familiarity with systems such as INX, SharePoint, and travel coordination platforms (e.g., SAM, VAMS) is desirable.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.Project Support: Ability to manage communications, events, and support project needs.Work Ethic: Team player, self-sufficient, and adaptable to changing environments.Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
