Posted Date: 23 Jun 2025 Location: Tom Price, WA, AU, 6751 Reporting to the Branch Manager – Tom Price, The Administrator - Service Operations will play an integral part in supporting our Tom Price Branch across a wide range of administrative and customer facing tasks.This is a 12 to 18-month contract position and offers a Residential allowance
Roster : Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours (including unpaid meal breaks) Location : Tom Price, WA
What you’ll do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the designated area/store/team/branch
- Coordinate team logistics, including rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance
- Manage site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate time-sheet entries and induction processes
- Oversee work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing
- Maintain inventory control, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and departmental stationery
- Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments
- Support additional tasks as required to assist various branches and locations
Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication—interpersonal, written, and verbal
- SAP experience is considered highly desirable
- High attention to detail and ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
