About the Role:
As our Practice Manager , you will be the face of the clinic and the central contact for our patients — but you will also be entrusted with helping run the day-to-day operations and supporting the clinic’s overall management. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional service, and a supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all patient communications, delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint

Provide leadership and support to the clinic and assist with training staff

Help manage clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, procedures, and follow-ups

Prepare and maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld

Process Medicare and private billing accurately and assist with account enquiries

Maintain a high standard of organisation and professionalism throughout the clinic

Identify and support process improvements in collaboration with senior leadership

Step up to lead in the Practice Manager’s absence
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years’ experience in a medical receptionist or senior customer service role (skin cancer/GP clinic experience a bonus)

Knowledge of Best Practice software is highly desirable

Familiarity with Medicare billing and patient account processes
-
Strong leadership potential and a willingness to take initiative
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A team player with a professional presentation and a can-do attitude.
