Brisbane & Gold Coast Foot Surgery is a specialist podiatric surgery service established in 2018. We specialize in conditions affecting the feet and ankles for patients both young and old, through surgical and non-surgical treatments.
We are seeking a casual receptionist to join our small and friendly podiatric surgery clinic in Southport. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, values personal development, and wants to make a positive impact every day. Medical receptionist experience in allied health is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be available to work shifts on Wednesday, Friday & alternate Tuesday - 9.00am - 5.00pm. This position has the potential to grow into a permanent part-time role for the right candidate after a three-month probation period.
As the sole medical receptionist, you will manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure the clinic's smooth operation.
Your role will involve:
· Welcoming patients and delivering a friendly, professional first impression.
· Manage appointment schedules using Cliniko and fulfil basic front desk duties to support other staff in maintaining workflow efficiency.
· Handle in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
· Processing payments, issuing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
· Assisting with general administrative duties to support the clinic operations and management.
