We’re hiring a Customer Service Operator to join a busy inbound call centre within a well-established healthcare organisation (confidential). You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, helping patients and medical professionals with their billing and account enquiries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls (and some outbound)
- Helping customers with invoice and payment queries
- Explaining account details clearly and calmly
- Reviewing and entering billing info with high attention to detail
- Supporting general office and clerical tasks (data entry, returned mail, quotes, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional phone manner
- Previous customer service or call centre experience (ideal, but not essential)
- Friendly attitude with a passion for helping others
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable learning new systems and working with sensitive health-related information
- Medical billing or Medicare knowledge is a bonus – not required (training provided)

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
