We are hiring full time permanent Recruitment Consultants in all our Australian offices including Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will provide end to end recruitment services to Robert Walter’s clients, candidates, and contractors. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships within your niche industry sector, and delivering recruitment solutions that meet individual client needs.

What will you be doing?
Build amazing relationships and gain a detailed understanding of your clients & candidates (including many coffees and lunches!)Bring your passion for knowledge to work and become an expert in your space by running your own desk and doing market researchFoster our large existing client base and identify new business opportunitiesSource, select and match candidates to suitable roles, introducing them to our clients and guiding them through the hiring processSmash revenue targets and team KPIs together - we celebrate our individual and team wins with quarterly incentives like winery tours
About You
You have strong experience as a Recruitment Consultant or great sales experience as an SDR or in a similar roleYou are entrepreneurial and enjoy developing your own ideas and strategies to be successfulYou are driven and you want to succeed in a fast-paced & team-focused environmentYou are relationship focused and are able to quickly become a trusted advisor through a combination of credibility and personalityYou are not scared of business development and you enjoy speaking to &meeting new people
