About the Role
This role is ideal for a commercially minded recruiter who enjoys winning new business, managing key accounts, and delivering across both contract and permanent roles. You’ll be based in Melbourne and focus on building strong client relationships across the eastern capital cities – especially Melbourne, Sydney, and Canberra .
What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and developing new client relationships in VIC, NSW, and ACT
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, presenting, and placing top IT talent
• Partnering with internal delivery consultants to ensure service quality and speed
• Meeting billing targets and growing your desk with autonomy and support
• Staying across market trends and providing strategic recruitment advice to clients

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in IT recruitment (agency or internal)
• Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships
• Strong understanding of tech roles, particularly in software, infrastructure, and digital
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• A proactive, self-starting mindset and results-driven approach
