Key Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service acumen
- Reconciliation of accounts, Ensuring all payments received are accurately reflected in the company's accounting system.
- Generating and sending invoices to major customers for products or services rendered, incorporating specific payment terms and deadlines.

- Experience in a customer service or finance admin role.
