We are looking for an outstanding Occupational Therapist, full time, to work across our Umina Beach and Avoca Beach clinics on the stunning Central Coast of NSW. The OpportunityAll Kids and Family is a child-centred practice, however we do work with all age groups. There are plenty of opportunities to develop your own niche in this group practice, also working alongside other Occupational Therapists as well as Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapy Assistants, Dieticians and Physiotherapists.The successful applicant will be provided with administration support including full-time reception, electronic filing systems and an online booking system. You will also work in a recently upgraded OT-friendly space and a flexible and supportive environment.
Essential CriteriaDegree qualification in Occupational TherapyFull AHPRA certification and dedication to maintaining CPD2+ years of Occupational Therapy experienceRight to Work in AustraliaWorking with Children Check (Paid Work)Early Childhood Early Intervention experienceAbility to operate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including report writingDemonstrated understanding of the issues related to clinical practice in a community setting.Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve and apply clinical reasoning in a paediatric setting.Demonstrated ability to apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations.An understanding of NDIS funding and client caseload from a private-practice perspective.
