Your opportunity – Propel your career PKF Perth is a locally owned, globally connected Chartered Accounting and advisory firm that has served the WA business community for over 40 years. In this newly created position, you will join our dynamic audit division in a varied administrative support role, working closely with partners and audit teams to deliver exceptional client service and maintain high professional standards. You will work alongside an experienced Coordinator that will share knowledge and training on key processes. This is a part-time role of 3 or 4 days per week.
Key responsibilities: Systems and AdministrationManage vendor relationships and administer software and systemsConduct regulatory and international record searchesGenerate and format client documents to firm standardsMaintain audit schedules, allocations, and team lists Client ServicesManage new client onboarding and audit firm resignation processesPrepare regulatory documentation and coordinate meetingsHandle client calls and maintain correspondence in document management systemsProcess bank confirmations Staff SupportConduct staff inductions, onboarding, and systems trainingCoordinate independence declarations and manage leave calendarPlan staff events and arrange interstate travelOrganize training sessions and maintain professional development registers Finance and Billing SupportProcess expenses and travel disbursementsSupport month-end billing
About you – A detail-oriented professional Administrative experience, preferably in professional services or accountingAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with document management systems requiredExcellent communication skills and professional demeanourHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in an organised mannerDiscretion with confidential information and self-motivated approach
