If you think you can do this for an organisation that gives a s%$t about you and values what you do, then you might be who we are looking for. We can't achieve anything without good people, and thus when we find them we hold on tight.
This role requires you to spend time away from home (2-7 nights at a time). You'll get loads of time off in return. Think FIFO but for disability support work, but with a lot nicer environment.
QualificationsThese are nice to haves but the main qualification we are looking for is the right attitude and someone who fits into our culture. We know what we are doing, so we can teach you how we do things, and we will learn together as we think this is what its about.
