TP Human Capital is partnering with a government client in Townsville to recruit customer-focused Customer Service Officer to deliver quality front-line service and support team development.Location: TownsvilleEmployment Type: Temporary (contract until November 2025)Hourly Rate: $45 to $47 per hour
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service at the first point of contact in a professional, courteous, and informed mannerAssist the Team Leader in mentoring, coaching, and supporting less experienced staffBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholdersAct as the point of contact for customer escalations as directed by the Team LeaderProvide relief coverage across all customer service functions, including leadership responsibilities where required
Key RequirementsProven enthusiasm and ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, processes, and proceduresMinimum two years’ experience in administration or operational support (desirable)Minimum two years’ experience in a quality assessment, training, or coaching capacity (desirable)Sound working knowledge of customer contact platforms and customer request systems (desirable)
