The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll use your strong product knowledge and communication skills to respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
This role involves ensuring each interaction reflects, commitment to service excellence. Working closely with our national customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting customers with the right solutions and driving sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate quotes for standard products and assist with enquiries for specialist product solutions
  • Support the broader sales team with technical product information and customer engagement
  • Ensure all activities comply with workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of personal accountability
  • A genuine passion for customer service and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
