What You’ll Be Doing:

In a vibrant Corporate practice, you’ll structure and execute high-value transactions collaborating with Partners and specialist teams for end-to-end delivery.

• Structure, draft & negotiate sale agreements, schemes & capital market documents
• Coordinate cross-jurisdictional due diligence and regulatory filings
• Advise on FIRB, ESG and cross-practice integration considerations
• Mentor juniors and contribute to innovation and diversity initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years’ PQE in M&A, corporate advisory or capital markets within a mid-tier or large law firm
• Proven ability on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation & project-management skills
• An innovation-driven, client-centric and collaborative mindset
