The Opportunity

This isn’t just another patch to manage. You’ll take ownership of a sizeable customer base, build new relationships, and implement your own strategic sales plan – one that grows the region, wins loyalty, and increases margin. You’ll have the tools, support, and space to perform. No micromanagement – just clear expectations and trust.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Driving face-to-face relationships and building long-term partnerships
  • Managing and growing accounts across manufacturing, plastics, industrial sectors
  • Working with the GM and National Sales Manager on broader strategy
  • Spotting margin, sales and process improvements
  • Rolling up your sleeves where needed – quoting, reporting, and being present with clients

What We’re Looking For

You’re not afraid of travel, numbers, or a challenge. You’re confident dealing with tradies one day and the boardroom the next. You understand what it takes to win trust in regional markets and know how to keep margins front of mind.

To thrive, you’ll likely bring:

  • Proven B2B sales success (bonus points for plastics, polly, hoses or industrial gear)
  • Strong commercial acumen – you get pricing, margin, and value-based selling
  • Tech savvy – confident with Excel, CRM and reporting tools
  • A practical, boots-on-the-ground style – not afraid to get stuck in
  • A good balance of maturity and hunger – you're in this for the long haul

This role won’t suit someone after a soft desk job... It will suit a hands-on sales leader who wants to own a region, influence decisions, and build something that lasts.
