Store Manager - Flagship Location | QVB | Premium Fashion Retailer
We are searching for a polished and commercially savvy Store Manager to lead the flagship location of a premium heritage fashion brand located in the iconic Queen Victoria Building . This is a high-profile leadership role with significant turnover, a strong VIP clientele, and a focus on pace, premium service, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Flagship Leadership: Own the operations and performance of a high-turnover, flagship location with an established client base and strong foot traffic.

Service Excellence: Drive a culture of premium, one-on-one service that aligns with the brand's long-standing reputation for quality and sophistication.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of retail professionals-creating a supportive yet high-achieving culture.

Sales & Commercials: Execute on KPIs, monitor performance daily, and work closely with regional teams to drive ongoing commercial growth.

VIP & CRM: Build meaningful relationships with repeat clients and implement CRM strategies that promote loyalty and elevate basket size.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects the brand's aesthetic through elegant, well-executed presentation and merchandising standards.

Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily operations, manage stock integrity, and ensure smooth execution across all back-of-house functions.
What You'll Bring:

Prior experience in fashion or premium retail at Store Manager or high-performing Assistant Manager level

A confident, considered leadership style with a passion for people development and team culture

Deep understanding of service-driven environments with a high attention to detail

Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a structured KPI environment

Strong operational and business acumen, including rostering, wage control, and stock management
-
Experience working with CRM, styling, or consultative selling models is highly advantageous
