We're searching for an organised, and people-focused Dispatcher to join our team. Outstanding dispatching is the crucial first step to ensure every service call is smooth, timely and stress-free for our customers.
This critical role, is the key link between our customers and our field technicians—making sure the right person is at the right place at the right time, every time
Key responsibilities:

Own the calendar – Manage and optimise daily scheduling and dispatching of service technicians

Prioritise with precision – Prioritise jobs based on urgency, technician skillset, and service goals

Manage and maintain - Track real-time job progress and adapt schedules to changes in the field. Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure they're informed, safe, and productive

Deliver an exceptional customer experience - Keep customers updated with accurate ETAs and progress updates—always delivering a friendly, professional experience

Monitor progress – Track job completion, customer payments, and ensure a high standard of service is delivered throughout.

Stay across all channels – Handle incoming calls, emails, online enquiries, and SMS messages with efficiency and professionalism.

Solve problems fast – Juggle last-minute changes, emergencies, and scheduling challenges like a pro.

Role requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service roles, preferably in a dispatch or scheduling environment

A solutions mindset — you stay one step ahead, adjust on the fly, and ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers and team.

High level organisation skills with excellent time-management. You thrive with moving parts and shifting priorities

Familiarity with trade job management systems (e.g., ServiceM8) is a bonus—but we'll train the right person
