Join us as Head of Service Delivery where youwill deliver high quality Port Operations, including Cruise andSecurity Services. You will provide expert leadership and strategicdirection, ensuring the delivery of long-term initiatives as wellas safe, efficient and effective day to day operations with a focuson continuous improvement, risk management and adherence torelevant regulations.

• You are an experienced senior leader with a focus onoperations within the ports, aviation, mining or tourismindustry; however, we are keen to hear from candidates withtransferrable skills from other sectors.
• You are a strategic leader who inspires, engages anddevelops your team.
• You role model and promote a safety-first health and safetyculture.
• You understand risk and compliance and the ability tocomply with the appropriate governance and legislation.
• You have a proven background monitoring and driving highstandards of customer service and facilities'presentation.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skillsand strong attention to detail.
• You work collaboratively and are adept at quickly buildingand maintaining effective working relationships.
• You are resilient and able to lead with confidence duringincident and emergency responses.
