Description:

  • Meet and quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Deliver tailored proposals and product demonstrations to meet client needs
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Execute strategic plans for major accounts and key verticals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and customer success
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in capital equipment or industrial technology
  • Experience in digital printing, packaging, or related industries is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting best practices
