Description:
- Meet and quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Deliver tailored proposals and product demonstrations to meet client needs
- Accurately forecast sales performance and manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
- Execute strategic plans for major accounts and key verticals
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and customer success
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in capital equipment or industrial technology
- Experience in digital printing, packaging, or related industries is highly desirable
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting best practices
