Position Overview: We seek an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee delivery of a construction project. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing on-site operations and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors and maintain safety compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
- Carpentry or building certificate required.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
