As an influential leader, you will be encouraged to make a positive contribution to the internal and external site teams, and you will be a part of the growth of the national business.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;

• Manage on-site works of projects from initial site set up to completion.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Oversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working order
• Effective cost control and running of projects to meet project deadlines and budgets
• Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractors.
• Liaise with Subcontractor Supervisors to ensure the efficient and appropriate delegation of work activities.
• Complete project progress reporting and weekly meetings.
• Provide advice on any technical, trade or engineering issues (if applicable)
• Drive problem-solving and lead in developing innovative solutions
  

About You

• Previous Building Refurbishment & Marine experience will be highly regarded
• Experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace
• Construction white card
• Management of Subcontractors and Direct internal labour
• Preparation and tracking of 2 weekly lookahead programs
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
• Current drivers licence
• Communication with stakeholders
• Expertise in site management and delivery, budgeting, stakeholder and subcontractor management, documentation and approvals
• Trade certification and/or construction management qualifications
