The Opportunity

As Site Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of new build construction sites (up to $25M in value), ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. You’ll manage subcontractors, maintain site safety standards, and work closely with project teams to keep things moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage all on-site construction activities

Coordinate trades and site logistics to meet program milestones

Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and daily pre-starts

Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance using HammerTech or similar systems

Perform QA checks and manage defect rectification

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholders

Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site issues promptly

What You’ll Need

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial or education sector builds

Experience delivering new build projects up to $25M

White Card and valid Driver’s Licence

Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills

Solid understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site safety

Familiarity with HammerTech or similar safety systems

Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)

Experience with roofing or working at heights – highly regarded
