We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a highly respected luxury home builder, known for delivering architecturally designed homes of the highest quality across Sydney's most prestigious suburbs.
Our client specialises in bespoke residences valued between $5 million and $30 million, and due to a growing pipeline of work, they are looking to bring a skilled and detail-driven Site Manager into their team.
✅ About You
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Site Manager specifically in luxury residential construction
- Proven history working with high-end home builders for a reputable amount of time
- A solid carpentry background – trade qualified
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-tier finishes
- Confident managing programs, trades, and site safety with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client and consultant relationships
